Tom Hogan’s practice has been concentrated in civil rights, construction, employment, and worker compensation. He has litigated cases in federal court and in state court in Louisiana. He has taken appeals to the Louisiana Courts of Appeal, to the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Hogan has represented clients before administrative agencies, such as the Department of Employment Security, the Civil Service Commission, the Public Service Commission, the Board of Ethics for Elected Officials.

Also, over the last ten years he has participated in multiple mediations conducted by government entities such as the Office of Worker Compensation and the the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and also by third parties such as MAPS, ADR, Inc., and the AAA.
